MSPRESS70-652

I’ve finally decided to start revising for the Microsoft 70-659: Configuring Windows Server Virtualization exam so I picked up the 70-652 MSPress book from Amazon.co.uk (no R2 training kit available yet.

I’ve had lots of hands on experience with Hyper-V over the last 2 years, mainly using either standalone host servers or FailoverClustering via ISCSI HA Sans but thought it was worthwhile getting as much knowledge on the other ways to configure Hyper-V (DAS/FC etc) and all the finer points . It’s a shame they don’t have an updated book for R2 but it’s a good start !

I hope to be taking the exam towards the middle/end of march so I have some revising to do, a lot of it is old hat but some of the more intricate details should allow me to plan, deploy and support to the next level.
